Thank you for choosing Soap Shack Farms LLC for your handmade soap and bath products! We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on our shipping process.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options via USPS:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed.

  • USPS Priority: Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days after your order has been processed.

 

Delivery times are estimates and do not account for unexpected delays such as inclement weather, holidays, or postal service disruptions.
 

3. Shipping Rates

 

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Free on all orders over $50.

  • USPS Priority: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.

For orders under $50, shipping costs for Ground Advantage and Priority will be calculated at checkout.
 

4. Free Shipping

We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all orders over $50. This offer applies automatically at checkout. No promo code is needed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via the USPS website.

6. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

7. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Soap Shack Farms LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages lost in transit. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact USPS with your tracking number.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
